Is this a autism poem?!

I always had a special connection with this poem, because there is so much of me in his words, so true and so sad, sadness is a constant shadow, I think he felt this his whole live! Do I feel this my whole live? No matter if it has something to do with autism or not. A glorification of that is far from me and for sure not my intention! It is just a search. But definitely I feel in his words, his deep-seated (call it whatever) grief!

Words by William Butler Yeats
………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….
I had this thought a while ago,
‘My darling cannot understand
What I have done, or what would do
In this blind bitter land.
‘And I grew weary of the sun
Until my thoughts cleared up again,
Remembering that the best I have done
Was done to make it plain;
That every year I have cried,
‘At length
My darling understands it all,
Because I have come into my strength,
And words obey my call’;
That had she done so who can say
What would have shaken from the sieve?
I might have thrown poor words away
And been content to live.

And what lasts forever???
Such a masterpiece, which couldn´t be possible without his experiences and this grief…………………………………………………………………………………………………….?!
